Before I started at Abbotswood, I never imagined I could love working outdoors every day.
Working at the nursery really helped me find my spark in all thing’s nature. The completion of my Forest School training has really expanded my own knowledge of outdoor education and I love being able to bring my passion and knowledge to the children at Abbotswood to help them all build a love for the most simplistic things we have right on our doorstep from birdsongs, to watching butterflies and mushroom hunting in Autumn.

I have been working in childcare since 2021, when I started my level 3 apprenticeship at Abbotswood. I love watching the children grow, develop and learn new skills. I can be found most days reading stories and bringing them to life with different voices.
