I have been working in childcare for many years and having run a successful childminding business while my 4 children were young, I decided to claim back my house and started working at Abbotswood.

 Whilst here I have progressed in my development starting as a part time practitioner and now I am baby room lead.

I enjoy creating enabling environments for our children to explore and learn from.

I have worked in Childcare since 2007 after taking time off to have my 2 children, I moved to Abbotswood and am loving every second.

I have lots of experience working with babies and am happy to be part of the Abbotswood Team. I spend a lot of time reading stories or singing songs with the babies.

I started working at Abbotswood in June 2021 and studied towards my level 3 in childcare. I have always wanted to work with children. I have progressed to room lead with support and encouragement from management.

I absolutely love it here at Abbotswood especially working with a fantastic team who are so supportive and lucky to have such fantastic outdoor surroundings.

I am very much looking forward to developing my skills further to help the children reach their full potential.

I have been at Abbotswood since July 2017 and I have really enjoyed getting to know the children and parents. I successfully completed my Level 3 in Childcare as an Modern Apprentice at Abbotswood. I love Abbotswood because the nursery is warm and inviting. Having had my daughter in January 2022 we have both returned to Abbotswood and she enjoys getting messy as much as me!
